Our clients purchased a property in need of being fully refurbished, rewired, new roof, plumbing systems installed, kitchen, bathrooms, air conditioning. The ask was to create a contemporary space using modern technology and fittings.

We added a loft conversion as well as rear extension. Due to the age and original build of the property internal underpinning was required.

The rebuild took seven months from start to finish and ultimately created a stunning contemporary home.
